Grŵp Cynefin’s two subsidiaries are Conwy and Denbighshire Care & Repair and Canllaw who work to help older people repair, adapt and maintain their homes.

There are two subsidiaries operating under Grŵp Cynefin.

Canllaw – Independent Living

Gofal a Thrwsio Gwynedd a Môn is a Gwynedd and Anglesey care & repair agency, managed by the Association’s subsidiary company, Canllaw (Eryri) Cyf.

Canllaw aims to enable older people and people with disabilities to live independently by carrying out necessary adaptations and minor works in their homes. The vast majority of our clients are private homeowners.

Conwy and Denbighshire Care and Repair help older people to remain independent in their own homes in safety, comfort, warmth and security.

We will arrange for our Caseworker / Technical Officer to visit you at home to discuss your requirements which can include:-

  • Welfare Benefits
  • Heating
  • Adaptations
  • Maintenance and repairs to your property
