We can support you and guide you into training and employment.
We want to help you get ready for work – whether you have the confidence to get into work for the first time, progress in your career or after a career break.
Our Training and Employment Officer can:
- Support you in preparing for a job interview.
- Signpost you to information for bespoke 1-1 additional support eg Careers Wales, Grŵp Llandrillo Menai.
- Help you answer questions in government employment and training plans.
- Offer help and ideas to complete a ‘Steps to Employment’ grant application.

Steps to Employment Grant
The Steps to Employment grant is available to support Grŵp Cynefin tenants and service users to overcome barriers related to education, training and employment.
