Going it Alone Project
Raising awareness of the realities of independent living and youth homelessness
The project’s aim is to prevent youth homelessness through education and raising awareness.
This is done by delivering:
- information and advice services for young people across Conwy and Denbighshire
- a programme of early, targeted help for young people most at risk
- a flexible outreach programme to support young people into temporary and supported accommodation
The award winning Going it Alone project is funded by Welsh Government and Grŵp Cynefin, and works in partnership with Cartrefi Conwy, North Wales Housing, Conwy County Borough Council and Denbighshire County Council.
