Your new tenants handbook is here. All you need to know about your tenancy with Grŵp Cynefin, in one place!
It’s full of tips and advice on how to keep a cosy home, how to ask for repairs, what you’re expected to look after and what we should be taking care of.
We are very proud of the newly created handbook, which was created by working closely with tenants over a six-month period. We have listened to your feedback and created a manual that is concise, easy to read with simple language.
The handbook is primarily digital, with links directing you to various information on the website. A print, Braille or audio copy is available on request.
In addition, we’ve created cards with space to note your tenancy reference number and a QR code that takes you directly to the handbook. Housing Officers will share these on visits, keep it handy to use when you need it.
