It’s time to survey your home!

Grŵp Cynefin needs to survey the condition of your home. It’s important that we do this. It means we can plan and prioritise improvements and renovations. Rapleys is the name of the company that does this for us.

What you need to do

• Phone Rapleys to arrange a convenient time – 01480 371 460, choose option 1 for Grŵp Cynefin , leave your name and number and they’ll ring back
• Let Rapleys’ surveyor into the house at the arranged time
• They will need to see every room in the house, any outbuildings, and the attic
• There’s no need to move furniture or lift carpets
• It won’t take longer than 45 minutes

 What Rapleys and Grŵp Cynefin will do

• Spend no more than 45 minutes in your home
• Take photos of the building on i-pad
• We won’t take pictures of people
• Only the necessary staff will see the pictures
• Use the information to plan work to improve your home

Rapleys is only responsible for the condition survey. If you need anything else, for example report a repair or permission to make adaptations, please contact us on 0300 111 2122.

• If Rapleys have already visited and done a survey, you don’t need to do anything.
