Home Condition Survey
Following the home condition survey. What now?
If you are a tenant you will have had or are about to have the condition of your home surveyed. This is so that Grŵp Cynefin can plan improvements and renovations. Rapleys is the name of the company that does this for us.
It may be a while until you hear from us following the survey. This is so we can look at all the information gathered and use it to plan how we should be investing in the years ahead.
What are the next steps?
- Completing a survey on 100% of Grŵp Cynefin properties
- Planning to do the most urgent work first
- Completing our historical renovation requests, approved by our officers

If a survey of your home has not yet been scheduled, it’s important to arrange one.
You only need to do two things!
- Phone Rapleys on 01480 371 460 and choose option 1 for Grŵp Cynefin, leave your name and number and they’ll ring back
- Be home for 45 minutes at the arranged time
