Grŵp Cynefin recruiting for a bright future
Grŵp Cynefin is taking exciting steps towards a new era and is currently recruiting for a wide range of senior positions.
This follows the appointment earlier this year of four new directors to work alongside Mel Evans, Chief Executive of Grŵp Cynefin,
With a new senior leadership, the range of heads positions, many brand new positions, will support a new vision and a five-year corporate plan that will soon be launched in 2025.
These are all positive steps for Grŵp Cynefin, which manages 4800 houses and assets across the six counties of north Wales and north Powys.
New positions being advertised includes Head of Business Improvement, Head of Finance, Head of Asset Management, Head of Human Resources, Learning and Development and Head of Governance.
They will support the new senior leadership team, which is already in place.
Nerys Price-Jones is the new Director of People and Culture, a new role within the company, responsible for human resources, community initiatives, customer service and communications and marketing.
Nia Owen, former Head of Finance at Grŵp Cynefin, has been appointed permanently to the role of Director of Resources, a position she held on an interim basis. Sion Roberts, Grŵp Cynefin’s current Head of Assets, was promoted to the role of Director of Property and Investment, which is also a new directorate within the group. Sharon Morris will continue in her role as Director of Housing for a fixed period of 18 months.
Elfyn Owen, Canllaw Chief Officer and Lynda Colwell, Conwy and Denbighshire Care & Repair Chief Officer are also members of the senior leadership team.
