Grŵp Cynefin ushers in a new era with a new senior leadership team
North Wales housing association Grŵp Cynefin has appointed three new directors to its senior leadership team. This follows the appointment of Mel Evans as its new Chief Executive earlier in the year.
Nerys Price-Jones is the new Director of People, a new role within the company, overseeing human resources, communities’ initiatives, customer services and communications and marketing.
Nerys has more than 25 years’ experience in senior HR roles within industries from construction to pharmaceutical. Originally from Ruthin, and still living in the area, Nerys joins Grŵp Cynefin from Wrexham-based agriculture company Platts.
Nia Owen, former Head of Finance and current acting Director of Resources, has been appointed permanently to the role. Sion Roberts, Grŵp Cynefin’s current Head of Assets, has been promoted to the role of Director of Property and Investment, also a new directorship within the group.
They will all step into their new roles this week.
Sharon Morris continues in her role as interim Director of Housing.
