“We’re really proud to receive this award,” says Ffion Pittendreigh, Grŵp Cynefin’s Community Initiatives Manager. “It’s a reflection of our dedication as a team, and wider as Grŵp Cynefin, to creating a culture where tenants’ voices are heard and valued. This includes virtual and face-to-face meetings, committee membership and various events.
“We listen to our tenants and our work is proof of this. Thank you to our tenants for contributing so willingly and enthusiastically. It’s vital to our work, and we look forward to further building on this success and working together to improve our services and communities.”
Chris Schoen a Tenants Committee Member says: “I enjoy giving input that affects policies and how a Housing Association treats Tenants”
