Weekly Tenancies
Rent is charged on a Monday of every week. Although we would prefer if you paid the rent on a Monday, we will allow you to pay any day during that week as long as the payment is made before noon on the Sunday of that week.
Should you wish to pay your rent on a fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly basis, we will have no objections, as long as your payments are made in advance.
Monthly Tenancies
Rent is charged on the 1st of every month. Although we would prefer if you paid the rent on the 1st of the month, we will allow you to pay during the month, as long as the payment is made before noon on the last day of the month.
