Prosiect Iechyd a Lles Dyffryn Nantlle

Health and Wellbeing project for Dyffryn Nantlle Residents

A £20million project that will be funded from multiple sources. It will include health services, dental surgery, pharmacy, social services, care for older people, housing, independent living, nursery and arts venue. The work is a partnership between Gwynedd Council, Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board, Theatr Bara Caws and Grŵp Cynefin.

The aim is to create an innovative scheme that utilises all the resources of the area - indoors and outdoors - to improve the health and wellbeing of people living in the Nantlle Valley and surrounding areas.

One of the main aims of the new project is to bring different ages together in one building to be looked after.
