Set in a peaceful location with wonderful greenery and grounds to enjoy, Maes y Môr is a sheltered housing scheme for people over 55 with a scheme manager on site during the working week to support you with housing related issues.
You will be able to continue to live independently in one of our 38 self-contained flats available on site, but with the reassurance that support is available during the week, and 24 hour access to an emergency service, if needed.


With your own front door, your flat is your home where you can continue to cook, entertain and enjoy independent living. Each flat consists of a kitchen, living area, bathroom and bedroom. You will have a secure door entry system and lift is also available at the property.
Renting a one or two bedroom flat at Maes y Môr would give you access to a communal lounge where you could socialise with other residents and enjoy various planned activities, such as arts and crafts, coffee mornings and gardening activities.
If you prefer some quiet time a peaceful room is also available at Maes y Môr where tenants can sit and unwind. And out in the lovely garden with its benches you’ll find a great place to relax, socialise and enjoy nature at its very best. Another handy resource is the on-site laundry room. There is also a two-person guest suite for family or friends.
Maes y Môr offers peace of mind for you and your family and friends whilst at the same time giving you the independence and freedom to come and go as you please.
