Grŵp Cynefin is a Housing Association that provides homes across the six North Wales and North Powys local authority areas. Our vision is making a positive difference to lives and communities. We will do this through providing excellent homes and services, contributing to the development of sustainable communities and protecting and promoting the Welsh language with pride.
Extra Care Housing
We believe that everyone deserves a happy retirement, without stress, and time with friends around them to enjoy the pleasures of life. Grŵp Cynefin has four Extra Care Schemes, Penucheldre in Holyhead, Llys Awelon in Ruthin, Awel y Coleg in Bala and Hafod y Gest in Porthmadog. We are also developing another scheme in Denbigh, Awel y Dyffryn, which is due to open in 2020.
